The N54 (Ireland) crosses the border with the UK four times. During the two times it makes an incursion into the UK it becomes the A3. Upon doing so the speed limit also changes from metric 100 kmh to imperial 60 mph. The road markings also change from yellow to white.

On the border between the UK and Ireland there is a piece of Ireland that juts northwards into the UK). Cutting through this section of land is a road. In the space of a few miles, this same road changes its name, speed limit, and from imperial to metric four times.
