It's frustrating that the fully completed Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi cost $600 million, compared to the incomplete $379 million Lubowa Hospital in Uganda. The mismanagement of resources in Uganda, despite having abundant resources like oil and gold, is disheartening.
