The airlines Copa and AeroMexico told me the tickets were refunded to @kiwicom247 yet @kiwi247 refuses to give me credit.

Poor customer service, rip off, unclear policies and frustration when airlines canceled trips (due to covid), refunded the travel agencies yet the agency @kiwicom247 refuses to give the $$ticket credit you are entitled. Not ok.
