@hopper I have been dealing with a refund issue since February 11th. Still no money back. Worst customer service ever. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!!

Hello @Iberia_en Hopper keeps telling me that it is up to Iberia to process the refund that has already been authorized. I have been going back and forth with them for more than 2 months!!! Can you please confirm when the refund will be processed ??? Thank you !!!
