@ReynoldsKez Hello Kez, Im a pro organizer for the past 22 years. I'd love to contribute thoughts for your article on the importance of "micro-resetting". [email protected]
@danbharris I love this. And agree fully! Change the negative narrative by adjusting the language we use. Using lighter more positive words changes how you will approach what might feel daunting (mostly because of how it's labeled). Thanks for sharing this important narrative.

The case for minimalism is about finding yourself in the openness afforded when you let go of everything else that is holding you down. @verriwell https://t.co/xtXFSHEmH5
There are only three ways to improve your life:
1. Stop doing something.
2. Start doing something.
3. Get better at something you’re already doing.
We complicate it because then can blame the complications instead of ourselves, but it’s actually very simple.
You can ignore your weaknesses, but you can't expect them to not impact you. The weakness of the coach shapes the players. The weakness of the teacher influences the students. The weakness of the parent molds the child.

@danbharris I rarely surf social unless it’s a prescribed time (bc I hate getting sucked in) and I was…freaking out!…opened up X and there was your post. Perfect timing and great advice that I took to heart…literally. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
"The key to transformation is to make friends with this moment. What form it takes doesn't matter. Say yes to it. Allow it. Be with it." - Eckhart Tolle
The medical benefits of quality food are undeniable.
I’ve seen autoimmune diseases disappear, depression vanish, migraines evaporate, psoriasis and eczema clear up; Alzheimer’s patients’ memories improve and type 2 diabetes resolve in a short time simply by changing eating habits.
