@hectic_energy @elleloveCHI @ProudSocialist The amount of damage done vs logistics. Everything out that way is above ground power. Poles and wires. They have (I think) to replace 70% of the infrastructure in NW Indiana. That is a LOT of work. Thousands of poles and miles of high power wire.

@elleloveCHI @ProudSocialist The cause has nothing to do with data centers for sure. The recovery is staggering given the losses that they suffered. People are putting the blame on race and poverty, which might be a factor but they got absolutely hammered.
