राम मंदिर में कर्मचारियों की भर्ती के लिए क्या प्रक्रिया थी? इस सवाल का जवाब किसी के पास हो तो बताए। कौन सी योग्यता देखी जाती थी या कौन सी परीक्षा ली जाती थी?

क्या कर्मचारियों का बैकग्राउंड चेक किया जाता था? उनके पुराने कार्य-अनुभवों को देखा जाता था? दानराशि वाला सारा कार्य एक बैंक को सौंपा गया था, जिसने एक बाहरी एजेंसी को रखा नकदी गिनने के लिए। मंदिर परिसर में जो गिनती होती थी, उसके बाद वाउचरों में वास्तविक राशि से कम रकम दर्ज की जाती थी। फर्ज़ीवाड़ा होता था।

ऐसा नहीं है कि किसी ने इससे पहले कुछ बोला नहीं। ट्रस्ट से जुड़े रहे महिपाल सिंह ने बोला था। भाजपा नेता रजनीश सिंह सवाल उठा चुके थे। SIT की जाँच में भी रह-सहकर यही बात सामने आ रही है कि नकदी गिनने वाले कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति के लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी। यानी, FIR में जिन 8 लोगों के नाम दर्ज हैं उन्हें रोज़गार कैसे मिला? कई श्रद्धालुओं को सही रसीद नहीं मिली। अब पूछा जा रहा है कि दान की रसीद क्यों चाहिए? जब पूरी व्यवस्था व्यावसायिक है फिर रसीद क्यों न माँगी जाए? प्राचीन काल में तो जो मंदिरों को बड़े दान देते थे उनके योगदान का उल्लेख शिलालेख तक में किया जाता था।

इसका समाधान यह है कि आगे जिनलोगों को इस कार्य में लगाया जाए, उनके बारे में सार्वजनिक विवरण उपलब्ध कराए जाएँ। जनता नज़र रखेगी कि उनकी संपत्ति बेतहाशा तो नहीं बढ़ रही। अगर किरदार में दाग है तो जनता जाँच कर लेगी। आजकल कुछ भी छिपा नहीं रह सकता।

We went to buy a new family car today.

Just requested the showroom to deliver it before 17 May because Malmas starts after that.

And the salesman literally mocked us for following our traditions.

He said: You people are educated yet still believe in these things? Thousands buy cars during Malmas too.

Imagine insulting a customer just because he respects his culture.

My father stayed calm and said: Being modern does not mean abandoning traditions.

But the salesman kept arguing.

So we cancelled the booking right there and took our money back.

India is becoming so modern that now people feel ashamed of their own culture, festivals and beliefs.

Respecting traditions is now called backwardness.

This mentality is more dangerous than illiteracy.

शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने जोरासांको ठाकुरबाड़ी में 'जय श्री राम' के नारे रुकवा दिए। इसे मुद्दा बनाया जा रहा है। कहा जा रहा है कि मुख्यमंत्री बनने के बाद उन्होंने हिंदुत्व की विचारधारा से दूरी बना ली है।

ऐसा नहीं है। हर चीज के लिए उपयुक्त स्थान, समय व कार्यक्रम होते हैं। जब अधिकारी कालीघाट मंदिर पहुँचे तो उन्होंने खुलकर समर्थकों में प्रसाद बाँटा। जब वो इस्कॉन मंदिर पहुँचे तो जमकर श्री कृष्ण के भजन पर नृत्य किया। जब वो ठाकुरबाड़ी पहुँचे तो उन्होंने लोगों से रवीन्द्रनाथ टैगोर के नाम लेने को कहा। इसमें कुछ भी ग़लत नहीं है।

राजनीति में सन्देश बड़ा मायने रखता है और उनके शपथग्रहण के मंच व शपथ लेने के दौरान उनकी जो वेशभूषा थी उसने ही सारा सन्देश दे दिया था। बंगाल में आगे जो कार्य होने हैं, उन्हें स्मार्ट तरीके से किया जाना है। दंगे भी नहीं चाहिए और घुसपैठियों को निकाल बाहर भी करना है। इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर भी बनाना है और निवेश भी लाना है। इसके लिए ये दिखाना पड़ेगा कि राज्य में एकता है, शांति है और गंभीरता है।

हिंदुत्व हंगामा नहीं, नीतियों का आधार होना चाहिए। 'जय श्री राम' का नारा भी खुलकर लगता रहेगा। ये ध्यान रखिए कि TMC के गुंडाराज में ये शब्द कहना ही अपराध था, शुभेंदु अधिकारी के शासनकाल में आप रामनवमी की भव्यता देखिएगा। ध्यान हमेशा बड़े लक्ष्यों पर केंद्रित होना चाहिए।

My advice to the @BJP4India : don’t make a weakling the Bengal Chief Minister and create a puppet show: Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh should make you happy playing with a remote! Choose someone who will change Bengal and not someone who will change for you!
