@guardian and @DeborahFW I enjoyed the article about hypnosis. I would have also liked to see mentioned that the "elephant" metaphor for the brain and change came from originally. I think it was @JonHaidt (possibly from a proverb?), then by Dan & Cliff Heath in the book Switch
