Joe's surgery went as well as it could have and his recovery has gone amazing. He is now home, returning to full health and will be back behind the drum set in no time.

In July, we let everyone know about Joe's lung transplant operation. We would like to thank everyone for your concern and support throughout this process.

Joe had his surgery last night. He is an amazing drummer and an even better friend. Even more so, we view everyone on the Vertical Coffins team as family. We ask that you please keep him in your thoughts today as we all hope for a speedy recovery. Thank you.

As some of you may know, our drummer, Joe Bones, was born with Cystic Fibrosis. We have refrained from posting about it publicly until we had some good news. He was listed for a lung transplant, and after a few calls that got our hopes up, the third time's a charm.
