From my perspective, no other trainer in my location is as capable as him. That's why, we want to have our trainer back.
Otherwise, we don't see any point continuing. Just refund for 2 people and we'll find something elsewhere.

I subscribed to Personal Training sessions at @we_are_cult from day 1, in Buddy pack as 2 Elite Plus members planning to extend 1 year.
Sessions were going great with our trainer.
After a month, suddenly I got to know that our trainer has been transferred to another location.
@we_are_cult - why is my personal trainer demoted and moved to another location???????? I don’t think there were any complaints against him. He was treating his clients with so much respect and dedication, taking care of everyone in the gym…. This is so disturbing.
@OptimumHelp - Someone from your team is doing financial fraud with your official email address by impersonating someone I know. How can you allow this to happen? Or, is that a normal thing at your company?

The truth is that B2B buyers expect more than companies are willing to give.
One of our clients scaled from $50M to $100M ARR. This was after covid and took them under 4 years.
Sharing the recipe that worked for them….
Scaling to $100M from wherever you are right now, isn’t magic. doesn’t happen overnight. You might not even have the right economic situation in your target geography.

I am a regular at @Chaayos so my views might be biased. But…
They’re the only ones that’ll give you customized tea, exactly how you want it. Tell them - Desi chai, make it strong ginger, less water.
And if they mess up by mistake (if at all), they offer to replace.
Pulling some react components together from multiple sources -- is not a website.
It's definitely not a great digital experience your customers would love.
Definitely not an engagement-first experience.
Just saying.
Even for those companies that think their website is not really playing a role in their business (whether marketing, reputation, sales etc) -- it affects them too.
The things that impact UI design and UX design both are the use of colors and spacings.
The simpler it sounds, the more complicated it is.
The designers who look for quick shortcuts to design rarely go to that depth.
But it's equally fascinating.
