@USPSHelp Filing an insurance claim with the USPS, with all visual evidence and value provided, they will still deny your claim, want to pay you nothing close to the value of the stolen item. Then they will deny you any chance to appeal the claim and block from refiling.

They will then deny any customer service, ignore emails, and tell you the only way to appeal a claim in mailing them more physical evidence. They claim appeals for online claims are online only. This is also a lie as they have removed the appeal button option for online claims
