I personally like this update too. Old one lets us see Samuel clearly, but now he's weird and mysterious. New readers will probably be left wondering how he looks, hehe. I think it's a nice change considering the Ruler's presence :)

This illustration didn't get a redraw :(... However it was updated with a trail of blood across the end of the chapter. I think it's pretty cool tho I'll miss the art 😔

Nearly 2 years have passed since I published my first oneshot that I hold dear to my heart. Today I bring some big update: the cover and illustrations in the story have been fully redrawn into new ones for this year 2026! :)
