Yeah #FFXIV jobs need a big rework at a fundamental level. Had a decent crash out from learning that DANCER doesn't get DANCE PARTNER until LEVEL 60.
The core of each class should be unlocked by the time you hit your first dungeon and then built on from there. Having to wait until 2-3 expansions worth of level caps to do what your job is supposed to is why syncing feels so terrible.
I'll have a vid on this at some point with more constructive wording and solutions but man... this realization took too long and hit me like a train.
