For traders who build their own systems.
Visual builder. Real-cost backtests.
Validation that shows if the strategy survives live markets — or just history.
Veskald — No-code Quant Lab for crypto futures.
You build and test your own strategies. Honest backtests that include real fees and slippage.
An AI agent helps you understand why your strategy performs the way it does - without ever making trading decisions for you.
What we deliberately don’t do:
- Place trades for you or hold your exchange trading keys
- Sell signals or other people's strategies
- Promise returns or tweak backtest results
- Create a false sense of security
Most tools in this space hide their limitations in the fine print.
We put ours right in the description.
The plateau rule aged well, but one thing changed since 1997 - back then an optimizer scanned hundreds of combinations, today its easily millions. At that scale even wide plateaus with stable neighbours appear by chance. So the modern version of his advice needs one more step - the plateau must also hold on data the optimizer never saw, and you get to look at that data once.
The one bad day part is true, but the conclusion is backwards. If one day can blow the account, the problem is that nothing stops you that day.
Psychology fails exactly when you need it most - after few losses in a row nobody is rational. A hard daily loss limit that closes the platform does not care how you feel.
Fix the system once instead of fixing yourself every morning.
Losing every day means stop trading, today. Not smaller size, not new strategy - stop. Money you save this week by not trading is your first win.
People keep trading while losing, thats the mistake. The one real tip is stop first, learn without money pressure, Come back with a system, not with hope. It may take years off to learn without pressure tbh, but thats the actual tip.
When you come back - paper first, with written rules, and count every trade.
@GoshawkTrades True. And the trap is even deeper - you cant size right before you validated the edge. Kelly needs your real win rate and payoff, and people like to plug in numbers from broken backtest or from imagination. Overbetting is just downstream of overestimating the edge.
we're not the ones trading — our users are. we sell the lab, not the returns: build, validate on real costs, run on your own machine with your own keys. "beating the benchmark" is exactly the promise we refuse to make — that's the signal-seller's line. we show whether YOUR strategy survives validation. picks and shovels, not gold claims
