@PoobEnthusiast @ozaihater Of course! I did try to mention in my second reply that it doesn’t actually replace your meal but it can work as a filling in between snack. And while I’ve never gotten too dependent on them since I don’t really mind that feeling of skipping lunch, this is a great point

@ozaihater This might not work for you, but it helps me personally to have easy access to things like protein bars that fill me up. You can keep a box in your pantry or bedroom or something and try to carry some with you throughout the day!
