Agatha Christie knew poisons so well, her books have been consulted when diagnosing patients. In 1976, a London infant was dying of a rare illness. Her nurses, having read The Pale Horse, realized she had been poisoned with thallium. Murder mysteries saved her life.

Islamabad has Fatima Jinnah Park along with dozens others. The same park where women were raped, I use women because it wasn’t one. Can we ensure women’s safety in that ONE park before Mohsin sahab goes to make a park on acres? we all know will be later turned in to something which looks nothing like a park. It’s just an excuse to start construction and acquire land.

Also if you want to build parks - there are some golf courses which no one from public can access how about re-purposing them for public?

islamabad needs pavements to walk on, libraries, even more trees + greenery, not world class hotels. we need more women friendly spaces, MORE public transport, working electricity. we need security for living - & most importantly, housing for ALL. #stopislamabadevictions

We went inside the Serena yesterday and saw what WE BELIEVE are some of the rooms where the US-Iran talks took place over the weekend.

I will never understand why marrying 10, 12, 15yr old girls is the hill that certain men want to die on? You're disgusting and should be in jail, not giving a speech in parliament.

Love Sajal but red churiyaan with a white kurta is literally the most timeless look and she didn't invent it.

[ريا @Tzama98]

The number of people I still see to this day replicating this look of Sajal from a 4-year old interview?

That's right,#SajalAly the trendsetter for you <3

Leaving my cat behind when I moved is the hardest thing I've done but I'm validated for my choice every day when without fail my nephews send me photos of her cuddling with every other family member and just being the cosiest eepiest cat 😭❤️❤️

How is it PPP"s fault if the city sinks at the drop of rain???? How is it PPP's fault if half the city is dug up???? How is it PPP's fault if you don't get water in your homes???? How is it PPP's fault if child dies in manhole??? How is it PPP's fault if building catches fire???

My son's tutor was supposed to show up today but he didn't. He finally responded a few minutes ago that he has family members missing in the Gul Plaza fire. So many families, so many losses.Went there a month ago to buy a french press and I remember leaving my kids 1/2

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Sakhawat Ali, our Chevening scholar. He met an unbelievably difficult journey with incredible strength. He will be remembered for his energy, warmth and selflessness. Our thoughts are with Sakhawat’s family and the Chevening community.

The smugness of the person who booked annual leave from the 18th right through to the new year… unmatched.

Girls actually text each other like, "I'm meeting a guy allegedly named Brian here 📍If he murders me here's his Bumble pic so he can be brought to justice" and then the reply's like, "You got it girl - have fun tonight!😘🤭

Moving to a new city is great until you are hit with random bouts of homesickness. Tell me why I felt a gut-punch by the Foodpanda app asking me to confirm if my location is still my address in Karachi 😭😭
