landed in Hong Kong International Airport. was supposed to be a non-stop 13hr flight to LAX with #AmericanAirlines. #AmericanAirline has done the unbelievable! They have delayed our flight for 7hrs!! In HongKong..without given any reason, never fly #AmericanAirlines

This is what #americanairlines is known for unbelievable. I will NEVER FLY WITH THEM AGAIN. My first and last time from now on I’ll stick with #DeltaAirlines

hey @AmericanAir flight AA 2451, I provided all of my contact info to British Airways. You change the gate from A38 to C19 on Sun Oct 27 and no text notice from you. Why was there a ridiculous failure to notify me?

#AmericanAirlines has delayed our flight for 7hrs in Hong Kong with no hotel, food or place to rest. just want to get home to LA!! Never fly #AmericanAirlines! THEY DON’T care about their guest and has done nothing to fix this issue! Has done nothing to make us feel comfort.
