A cheating man is bad enough. But you know what’s even worse? A man who pretends to be a good person, when in reality is a pathological liar, a lustful manipulator, and an expert at playing the victim.
Hi Crime Watch, please share. I would like to report an incident that happened to me today, 17 June 2026, at around 4:00 pm on Seke Road, near the flyover leading into Harare city centre.
There was a police roadblock stopping vehicles, and I was stopped by a female police officer. She asked for my driving licence, which I handed to her. She then instructed me to park on the side of the road.
After that, she told me to switch off the engine and hand over my car keys. She walked away to join other officers who were attending to other vehicles. After a while, they returned my car keys and told me that I was free to leave.
Before driving away, I asked for my driving licence back. The officer searched her pockets and then claimed that she had already returned it to me. She said she could not have been holding both my keys and my licence at the same time.
I explained that she had not returned my licence, but she denied it. Some of the other officers also supported her and told me to go to the charge office. They then got into their vehicles and drove away.
When I went to the charge office, I did not find any of the officers there. I also checked with the Traffic Department, where I was told that there had been no roadblock operating at around 4:00 pm. I asked for a police report so that I could formally report the matter, but I was told that it was not possible, even though my licence is clearly missing.
I suspect that my driving licence may have been mistakenly given to another motorist at the roadblock.
If anyone has been given a driving licence belonging to Innocent Gwatidzo, please contact me on 078 252 1163.

I feel like statements like “vanhu vema sciences vaifunga kuti vachaita mari” come from a place of bitterness. We were all students just trying our best and according to results we were put into certain classes and we celebrated those wins.🤷🏾♂️
This was very crucial to the storyline, him being a Zulu man. They’re known to be very stubborn and most prefer traditional medicine over western medicine. That for me was such a lovely element to add, also tapped into his pride.
A surprising takeaway from this scene: I-2k- the younger woman taking her ARVs, while the older man Jonasi who infected her rejects treatment for herbal remedies & slowly deteriorates. It speaks to evolving HIV awareness & the importance of science-led care. There's also an irony in Joyce's revenge. She had Jonasi infected because "I will never birth a child who becomes like you". Yet by the end, because Lindani adheres 2 treatment while Jonasi refused to, the story leaves open the possibility that Menzi may be spared the fate that ultimately consumed his father, despite sleeping with Lindani at the funeral. More than anything, it reflects how far South Africa has come in spreading life-saving information about HIV treatment, adherence & prevention. A generation raised with the message that HIV is managed through treatment, not denial.

After The Polygamist,it only shows one significant thing about our Zimbabwean production industry , it really needs a lot of work.
Zimbabwe has arguably the best story tellers(Authors) but they're lacking that final touch in the production part.
@worldranking_ Everyone has rights whether poor or rich. That side we need to critically analyze what made them poor? Then work in addressing those structural limitations that made them poor. Hope this helps. Noone wants to be poor.
