@NovatechLtd is a joke Never buying anything from you guys again. Order my ducky keyboard like month ago. Estimated delivery was 26thMay. So I called customer service 2 weeks ago they said they will send it out before 5thJune and got email it’s estimated on 19thjune. Disappointed

I had no contact/ email from you guys saying my order was delayed I had to contact your customer service phone line on 1stJune to notify me regarding my order And after that I got email saying expected stock on 19th.

@NovatechLtd I get it the product is in demand. So just don’t make any wrong estimates of delivery if you guys don’t know if it will be fulfilled in time or not. Making estimate 26thMay on website and also 5thJune from one of your customer service guy. Causes poor service and reputation.
