这两天妙鸭相机在朋友圈火了，主打 AI 高质量写真，用户上传 20 张照片，AI 就能帮忙生成高质量写真照片，这类产品在 AIGC 火出圈前其实就有很多了，帮用户生成头像的 App 和网页早就收入几十、上百万美金。而这次写真的质量比较高，预计是 Stable Diffusion + Chilloutmix + Lora or Dreambooth…的组合训练而成，国外类似的产品有 https://t.co/1HCWQHzbSO，某种意义上，海马体和天真蓝们是很危险了。

我们在去年（2022年）刚开始内测 intro （社交产品）的时候，从后台能看到用户上传的头像，质量的确不堪入目，当时就设想了 AI 写真这条路，用户上传资料照片，自动生成高质量形象照，帮助用户提升被匹配的概率，特别是这个看脸的时代。

当然除了这个，我们更进一步思考，如果只是提高形象照的质量，那我们不成了照骗集中地了？所以我们提出了「虚拟→现实电商」的想法，根据用户的形象照，给用户推荐相应形象相关的产品，比如发蜡、素颜霜、眼镜、穿搭衣物… 以及相应的使用教程，帮助用户实实在在提升现实中自己的形象。

整个过程，从现实（用户真实自拍照）到虚拟（AI 生成的形象照），再从虚拟（AI 生成的形象照）到现实（形象打理电商推荐+线下真实形象设计店），真正让真实和虚拟世界的形象变得更美好而不失真实，是很有意义的一件事。
