We deployed the following improvements to the Chai-1 lab today based on community feedback:
- Support for PTMs, by using CCD codes
- Email updates for completed jobs
- Confidence scores (eg plddt) saved to PDB files
- Faster computations

@RolandDunbrack @joshim5 @chaidiscovery PTMs are available on the server now! You can specify the CCD code for modified aminoacid in parenthesis, for instance GVSGH(LLP)MIGS. Let me know if you have any questions!
