After 3 years of complaints, Jio’s network issue remains unresolved. Calls are often impossible due to poor coverage.

The nearby tower works only when electricity is available, and the generator is rarely used.

@JioCare Zero response so far, and no one is taking responsibility. One person called saying he would visit to check the issue and asked for my location. I shared it, but now he has switched off his phone.

हमारे गाँव में पिछले 24–36 घंटे से बिजली नहीं है।

पूरा ऑनलाइन भुगतान के बाद भी बिजली कनेक्शन के लिए ₹500 + ₹500 अलग से मांगे जा रहे हैं। मीटर लगाकर तार बाहर छोड़ दिया गया और पोल से जोड़ने के लिए फिर पैसे मांगे जा रहे हैं।
