@ProfKarolSikora Secondary school food is still pretty awful. Cheap and calorific. Surprising they still seem to sell high sugar drinks too. (I send a pack lunch now)

@MicheleUpton1@Ryanair@BBCWatchdog Absolutely agree. There was no communication. The pilots were both no older than 25 and although I am sure great at flying planes did not have the emotional maturity to deal with the situation correctly
@Ryanair@BBCWatchdog. Last night was my worst travel experience in life. Barca-Man. 16 hour delay. On and off plane. Staff left us alone all night. Leaving us to help the more vulnerable. No water or food as all shops closed. Did not return prams for small children.

@Ryanair FR7545 delayed flight from Barcelona crew have just walked off the plane. Thanks for telling the passengers 03:52 and no announcement! What happens next? If your incoming flight wasn’t late we wouldn’t be stuck here. The crew have gone to a local hotel so what about us?
Over 12 hour delay on our Barca-Manc flight. Three hours of it sat in plane on tarmac with no offer of complimentary water. Plane load slept on airport floor without any info/updates until an hour before rescheduled flight. First & last time we fly @Ryanair - we’ll be in touch.
@tech_magpie @HAKI_Sales @Ryanair@BBCWatchdog And thank god she did. Many people felt nervous and unsure as travelling on their own. It showed great community last night. The only positive from a terrible evening. I have never been more grateful to get home to my family.
@Ryanair need to review USP, protocols and passenger support requirements as a priority and review how they externalise this. It is clear that the staff hands are tied. Last night the feeling being they have no authority to make decisions. Moral must be low @BBCWatchdog
Very clear message from staff that nothing for free by way of compensation. For us some clear communication and transparency would have been suffice. When staff speak it’s clear it’s brainwashed protocol with no heart or common sense considered.
