Parliament gave Meta three days to explain the 'technical glitch' that made the Prime Minister's video vanish. At the exact same time, Meta deleted OpIndia’s post that criticized them for it.

There were several movies, Khoon Bhari Maang, Amar Deep, Sholay, Deewar, Patanga and many more, that featured the same character: Ramu Kaka.

An elderly, dhoti-clad family servant. Loyal. Often the emotional anchor of the household. Always named Ramu.

Bollywood repeatedly demeaned our culture, our rituals, and our deities.

A small scene, but it reflects how even popular films didn't mind crossing lines with Hinduism but preserved the boundaries of Islam.

This was the pill Bollywood gave us in the name of Secularism.
