@MuktaPandaMD I'm so humbled; thank you so much @MuktaPandaMD!๐ I actually purchased Resilient Threads on Amazon last week after reading the selections for National Physician Suicide Awareness Day. I look forward to reading this as well & will share my favorite parts!
@MaryamAliKhan@incisionpk@AlizehAbbas16 She's been SO phenomenal on this panel; her compassion comes through 100%! From "We were fortunate to cross paths with that patient" to "never give us" to "we were all children and someone cared for us"...SO HAPPY she is representing InciSioN (Pakistan & Global)!๐ซ
@EmmGeezee Thank you so much for sharing this. Definitely, an important lesson for us #medstudents to stumble on to be able to empower our patients in joint-decision making. Thank you thank you thank you!
@Priyansh_Shah56@xrayKUB@MehrAdeelRiaz@hamaiyal Amazing news, thank you @Priyansh_Shah56. @xrayKUB looks like a competition may be coming your way soon enough ๐ฅฐ
Got a few positive responses on Grenadaโs side too. Waiting for a few more important individuals. Looking forward to be joining forces with all of you soon!
@Priyansh_Shah56 Also, https://t.co/O8JECVpBn1 paper & WHO listing ischemic heart ds as #1 COD in Pakistan suggests currently increasing CVD burden. Maybe @xrayKUB can try to start a branch locally too & host a similar competition...What do you think @Priyansh_Shah56 & @xrayKUB?
@Priyansh_Shah56@Priyansh_Shah56 I read through the site and this is seriously amazing work! I can already think of a couple people who may be very interested in helping replicate such efforts in Grenada. I'll reach out to them and get back to you once I get responses!
@xrayKUB@smkaty Thank you so much @xrayKUB
Will never forget when you said on the wellness webinar that you felt seen by the end ๐น; meant the world to me.
A congrads from you means a lot more to me than you think ๐
@ZeinabShm@ZeinabShm No way! How cool โบ๏ธ
One of my best friends growing up was Japanese so I fell in LOVE with their culture at a young age. My favorite concept was "Kintsugi" or "Kintsukuroi" https://t.co/20sjMD0oVe
Which book? I'd love to read it as well :)
@marinadpol Itโs natural, especially if youโre a scientist like yourself, to want to track something.
Count how many days you successfully motivate yourself to go do it. Quantify your mood before and after. Periodically observe how far youโve come.
In short, measure your happiness.
