Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue have in the past 24hrs received and dealt with 140 flooding related calls the majority of which were in the South of the County.
We may have seemed a bit quiet on here in the last few days but our crews and control room have been so very busy as part of the joint response to flooding across Lincs.
The situation is improving but our crews are still out there supporting communities. 1/4
#SprinklerSave Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue reported an incident involving an industrial tumble dryer which caught fire in a care home. The fire was contained to the room of origin by the sprinkler system before the arrival of the fire service. There was no smoke or fire damage

Firefighters from 14 UK fire & rescue services are on their way to the Republic of TΓΌrkiye to carry out search & rescue operations. The 77-strong International Search & Rescue team provides specialist support where it is needed most. Search & rescue dogs have also been deployed.
