The scrimmage Thursday at Dobyns Bennett went great. Everyone performed well and competed. The guys 4X800 got first and in result of that is first in the state for the first time in school history. Congrats boys!

Congratulations to our boys and girls team. Both teams secured a spot to state, girls finished third with 2 out of 7 in the top 15, the boys finished first with 5 out of 8 guys in the top 15. Boys again made history yesterday. Next up state, train hard and win state next week!

With the season coming to an end we wanna wish our Falcons luck, tomorrow the boys and girls will be competing for a shot at state at Daniel Boone highschool for the Region 1 A-AA/AAA championship. Girls run at 1 and boys run at 2:30. Good luck, run hard and bring home the win!

Today the boys and girls took on the 3 rivers conference meet. Boys made history today as the first team In Volunteer history to win a conference meet with 4 guys in top 4. The girls placed second with 3 in top 10. Ethyn council also had individual win. Go falcons!!!

Tomorrow the Falcons Crosscountry team takes on the 3 Rivers conference in Elizabethton Tennessee. This is there shot at a conference title in the new classification for both boys and girls. This will be the first ever conference win in volunteer history Good luck guys, run hard.
