ICE deported Wendy Hernandez Reyes to Honduras without her 3-year-old U.S. citizen son, Orlin. Wendy says she repeatedly begged ICE to let her take him; weeks later, Orlin was dead.

Authorities say the relative caring for him subjected him to horrific abuse, including broken bones, burns, signs of sexual battery, and at least 17 blows to the head. He has been charged with murder and pleaded not guilty.
ICE then publicly accused Wendy of “abandoning” her child. She says she never did.

Now lawmakers have introduced Orlin’s Law, named after her son, which would restrict ICE from detaining or deporting parents and primary caregivers unless they pose a public-safety threat.

I’ve said this many times before, as a person born and raised in Miami, I tell black people do not move to Miami. But they don’t listen, they only interested in what social media show them which is South beach and Brickell/Midtown.

If you are trying to make money, you are not going to make it unless you are transferring your job there or working remote otherwise Miami is a Spanish speaking city that refuse to speak English.

The Cubans will only hire their own people as well as Haitians. If you’re not part of the community, you will be struggling to survive in Miami. Also Miami is not a tech hub too.

You will have to seek employment in Fort Lauderdale/Tampa. Miami is not for black people and non Spanish speaking individuals.
