You don't even reach back to the distressed customer. Have been trying to call customer support and just getting the response that the team will call back in 4 hours and it has been 5 days, seems time passes slowly @triumph.
Seems filing a case is the only option.

This new Open Box Delivery has such a poor execution that it feels more like a scam. I am unable to replace the size of the products and on return, the money is stuck with you for 12-15 days.

You should have done this like #flipkart as they are able to give the option of size change and able to send the customer's money back the same day as the pickup is done which makes the customer more willing to buy again.

And charging extra 29 for this is "sone pe suhaga" . On my previous 15+ orders, most of them could be a simple replacements but I had to pay extra 29 everytime to get the other size along my money getting stuck for 10-15 days.
I have regretting buying from Amazon so much.

Was asked to book bike directly, without even looking at it.

No bikes available to see the bike in person and the best of all, no test ride available.

Wow! Had the worst experience at a Royal Enfield showroom.

If you cannot fill the showrooms with anything other than a few accessories, isn't it better to have less of these so called showrooms but atleast have bikes in them.

@getpeid A suggestion, if you cannot make reliable products, atleast give the buyers an option to repair them, even if they had to do it with their own money.

But today after 3 or so weeks, the left earbud totally stopped charging and died.
So now I am left with one dead earbud, one faulty earbud and a perfectly working case but they will not consider my issue or fix it as there is a small crack on my case.
