So regarding that new Cyberleek thing, it's extremely evident he must be playing on a stolen dev build, because there's multiple things that stick out.

At one point he spawns a vehicle in mid air, and unlikely to be a cheat either since "cheat activated" never appeared

Not to mention the nudity thing, no one seemed to react to Jason being stark naked, in the footage he walks past a woman with no comment, and later on is also in a crowd and no one acknowledges it, could hint the option of being naked isn't possible normally and is similar to Trevor's nudity in GTA V, where it only appears in cutscenes or via modding.

I say that because in RDR2 NPCs react to Arthur's appearance, clean or dirty or bloody, in Bully NPCs will laugh, insult or compliment Jimmy depending on his clothing, so I really don't think Rockstar would go all this in-depth in the GTA VI's detail just to somehow miss NPCs reacting to public nudity

It looks like bro is able to spawn a tank in the middle of a waterfall. Even Jason is naked throughout the clip, and NPCs aren't responding at all. Probably, a modded version. Probably the dev build has enabled him to do these sorts of things.
