Went to Parkstone, our wonderful care home in Benfleet, this morning to make a presentation to Nicola and Roger who have each reached 25 years working for Vibrance at this service. They are Vibrance people through and through and I am so proud of them.

A brilliant Vibrance Managers Meeting at The Stratford Hotel yesterday. We worked through EDI, Mental Health First Aiders, Finance and IT and Business Planning and we were all still smiling at the end.

I am delighted to announce that Anne Lyons has agreed to become Chair of Vibrance, becoming only the third Chair in our history and the first woman. I thank Iain Sim heartily for his 7 years in the Chair and look forward to working with Anne over the coming years.
