This is how I know I might be handling things a bit better, yes I've closed off sometimes, but when I could, I've done things that are safe. The uncomfort zone is still there and I'll climb it when I'm ready. Stability is just a bit more appealing right now.

In 2 hours I made 3 tatty pompoms. Fair to say it wasn't my thing when others had made about 7 and attached them to sticks and made pretty pompom bouquets. Ah well. I need sleep. 😴🤣
