Items include but aren’t limited to: umbrellas, non-perishable foods high in protein, toiletry items, outdoor wear, gloves, and warm hats.
Everyone in BC needs to limit travel in, out & between the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley to essential travel only, until Nov 23. That means:
❌ postpone recreational & social travel
✅ regular travel for work or things like medical appointments is OK

Are you sitting down? There are 589 new #COVID19 cases reported in B.C. And 104 now in hospital, 28 of them in ICU. Two deaths. As usual, about 68% of the new cases are in Fraser Health.
In #Canada🇨🇦 there have cumulatively been 228,079 cases and 10,082 deaths.
In the USA🇺🇸 we've reached a dismal 8.9 million cases with 227,663 deaths.
Canada's total caseload is about = to our death toll.
Is it not long overdue for America to ask, "What is Canada doing right?"
