@gcashofficial i tried calling your 2882 hotline but the waiting tone disappeared and it becomes silent! Dont you want to hear my concerns? I will report this to BSP as a sign of losing my funds to faulty and losing of public trust!

@gcashofficial I replied and did this yesterday and it got me no where! The funds were never transfered to my account nor was it returned to the sender! Please respond or else I will bring this up with the BSP!

@gcashofficial hi! I was supposed to receive a transfer from Wise this morning but i got a text saying this was unable to process! I work free lance and more source of income! There is no ref number and the money was not returned to sender! I tried your talk to gigi, didnt work!
