I've showed a lot of gains, but let's talk about downswings and losses

I started this new wallet on March 18th, and retired the account last week as it's surpassed 1BN in volume

I've had 2 downswings of $1.4M+ on this account before I was able to turbo run it back into the green

People drastically underestimate how personal life factors can influence your decision making. Any friction when the stakes are high can obstruct mental clarity and flow state.

First: Longed $ETH way too heavy on leverage, then shorted the bottom. Was able to recover by flipping long after identifying undeniable strength and made a small come back

Second: Tried to long the $BTC breakout for a scalp at $81.5K. Decided to go super heavy. Again, emotionally trying to run up the account after going through some personal life friction (won't go into detail)

Huge size = inability to cut trades as fast due to slippage and thus eating mega losses when the pullback becomes stronger than you expected

What I will say, is my experience played a huge role in locking back in, forgetting the past and staying on the next trade instead of revenge trading or trying to force wins. This is a skill that people highly underestimate in trading. Beyond IQ and being able to identify and execute good spots, emotional discipline and the ability to look forward instead of backwards.
