@O2 3months I have called and been told to wait on a manager to call me back about my contract- you have admitted selling a false one. When will this happen? If I message about it I am told I need to lodge another complaint. That process I have done over 20x, no contact from you.

@nationalrailenq I phoned to book on Saturday and got told it wasn't possible if also taking a bike across all providers I was travelling with (Great Western, Cross Country, Aventi and Scot Rail). The shruggy shoulder attitude of platform staff to my difficulties at the station was not positive.

@nationalrailenq forever adding to this misadventure. Bring a bike they say it will be easy they say.

Me: which end for bikes I don't know.
Assistant: we will pick this end but unfortunately if its not it will go without you...

4 attempts later 50/50 chance #useless

@nationalrailenq Edinburgh. It's several providers have made these errors. I get there is an incident at Birmingham but you can't ask someone to 50/50 guess which end for bikes and then when they get there refuse to open the door and drive away. Did try to book assistance and was also told no!

@nationalrailenq Anything north out of Birmingham. Currently stood half way along a platform to then run to which ever end is the bike carriage as the signaller has no idea which end. Last minute platform changes and incompetent people leading to a very poor experience

@EmiratesSupport I dont really think it's me that's cancelling in these current events. You are the only airline with a cancellation fee. I've not technically cancelled so I think it's very poor that you are trying to enforce this.
