@sainsburys took this out of the fridge yesterday which arrived in my online shop on Sunday (12th!) but there were not items listed as short shelf life on my receipt
@sainsburys I spoke to customer services earlier about my order being cancelled due to snow but receiving no notification, it’s still not actually cancelled on my account and the vouchers I’d used haven’t been put back on
@sainsburys why does the dedicated payment line for deliveries today not work?! I’m meant to have an order 7:30-8:30 and can’t get through to anyone as it just keeps cutting off…
@DHLParcelUK I’ve finally gotten this sorted after going back to the retailer. But very frustrating how inaccurate response times are on website (still awaiting fb reply since Friday) and how incompetent multiple staff at the call centre are!!!
@DHLParcelUK have 3 parcels at a service point but haven’t received any codes to pick up, every time I resubmit details for a code through your website NOTHING happens. Tried different emails, mobile number, nothing, for any of them. And no, not in junk. How do I get my parcels?!
