@TicketmasterUK please explain why my credit card payment for 2 Harry Styles tickets was not good enough to secure two tickets - esp when my CC provider advises the payment has been approved maybe you can explain it to my 14yr old who has sat in a virtual queue for over an hour

@Ryanair please help - I have spent the best part of 3 hours trying to get an issue resolved before I fly in 11 days… I have spoken to Molli, the customer service line (was on for hold 25mins) , Calvin J on live chat then back on hold for 30 mins before I was cut off…

@Jaynesharp She applied for her sons passport then booked the holiday… no passport numbers needed at that point. Passport office have told her to call 48 hours before the flight and they will do as an urgent request for an additional £75!

@Jaynesharp Renewed mine at the start of Feb and it took 7 weeks and a friend at work applied for her sons first passport at the end of March and she is still waiting… she is supposed to fly on Thursday 🥺
