Another emotional day vaccinating 80 care homes residents and staff. Spirits were definitely lifted as we clapped and cheered with every vaccine given @WeGPNs @CheshireCCG @kstorey63 #everyvaccinecounts

Our PCN team did a fabulous job again delivering over 1200 vaccines in 2 days. Really positive to have our 3 student nurses also on site supporting the vaccine rollout. Primarycare environment has changed but the learning must go on @Gpnsnn @CM_PCAcademy @WeGPNs @kstorey63

@Gpnsnn @sarah_searz @Mrs_Cullen87 Here’s a piccie of me as an immuniser, my hubby as a car park Marshall and my daughter on admin duties at our first covid vaccine clinic- it was a truly emotional and momentous 2 days for all involved and every vaccine counted for 1100 vulnerable patients

Every time we were able to offer a 6th dose from the Pfizer ampoule we almost cheered it was so morale boosting ringing extra patients and care home staff to offer the vaccination at last minute-every vaccine counts @WeGPNs @CheshireCCG @kstorey63

True sentiment from our first covid clinic-Warmed my heart as the elderly came in their hundreds in wheelchairs,zimmer frames with cold hands rubbing in sanitizer and watery eyes peeping from masks so grateful for this vaccine of hope @WeGPNs @CheshireCCG

Surely Mat Hancock should have said treat our NHS staff as a “precious resource” and not treat PPE as the “precious resource it is? “ give us enough of the right PPE and save lives 🌈💙
