@lufthansa ‘s Bangalore ground crew dint let me board flight from BLR to LAS through FRA, stating that I was not eligible to travel and need to get transit visa. I am a green-card holder of USA and I traveled from LAS to BLR through FRA just days ago.

I have done it twice now. not sure how this govt websites work if all the power to close are in the hands of airline? @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @AAI_Official @Lufthansa_India

Here is the update!
I have been talking to other friends and family @lufthansa has never compensated anyone. The only way to get your rightful money is filing case on them.
i have already initiated a case. hope for the best.
