BREAKING: Senator Jon Ossoff publicly incinerates MAGA CIA Director John Ratcliffe while grilling him about the massive scandal around the leaked war planning group chat: "This is an embarrassment!"

The Trump White House is really circling the drain now...

"Director Ratcliffe, this was a huge mistake, correct?" Ossoff asked during a Senate hearing.

"No," replied Ratcliffe.

"A national—" said Ossoff.

Ratcliffe then began to talk over him and the senator shut him down.

"No, no you hold on," said Ossoff. "No, no Director Ratcliffe, I asked you a yes or no question and now you'll hold on. A national political reporter was made privy—"

"You can characterize it however you want," interjected Ratcliffe.

"...was made privy to sensitive information about imminent military operations against a foreign terrorist organization," continued Ossoff, bulldozing over Ratcliffe.

"And that wasn't a huge mistake? That wasn't a huge mistake?" asked Ossoff.

"Well, I think they characterized it as mistake," managed Ratcliffee.

"This is an embarrassment!" said Ossoff. "This is utterly unprofessional. There's been no apology. There has been no recognition of the gravity of this error. And by the way we will get the full transcript of this chain and your testimony will be measured carefully against its content."

This truly is the most idiotic blunder imaginable and it's exactly what happens when you stock your government with knuckle-dragging MAGA loyalists.

To reiterate:

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth — a clueless former Fox News host — and Trump officials including National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Vice President J.D. Vance were caught in a group chat discussing sensitive plans to attack the Houthis in Yemen. The Editor-in-Chief of the Atlantic was accidentally added to the group and given a front row seat to the conversation.

Imagine for a second if this had happened under a Democratic administration. It would have resulted in wall-to-wall Fox News coverage and immediate impeachment proceedings.

Of course, this would have never happened under a Democratic administration because Democrats take national security seriously — and they don't nominate alleged raged alcoholics to lead the Pentagon.

BREAKING: CNN's Jake Tapper humiliates MAGA Senator Ted Cruz for helping to cause the deadly January 6th riot four years ago in a brutal news segment.

This is EXACTLY what Cruz deserves...

"Right now you're looking at images from the floor of the House of Representatives," Tapper said during CNN's coverage of the certification of Donald Trump's election victory.

"And there is the Speaker, Mike Johnson, and Vice President Kamala Harris. It's obviously a bipartisan or even nonpartisan event, where the leaders of this country come together to count the electoral votes," he continued.

"There's Ted Cruz, Senator from Texas, who was one of the main individuals who helped cause what happened four years ago by putting forward the falsehood that the vice president could somehow do something to stop the electoral count," said Tapper.

CNN's Kaitlan Collins joined—

"Ted Cruz, obviously, was the first senator to object, and, obviously, just looking back on this, what the vice president maintained at the time, as Marc knows well, is he did not have the power to block the certification on this day four years ago," she said.

"And he didn't," Tapper added.

"What we have seen is the Electoral Count Act that was passed reaffirming that interpretation of the law so people like John Eastman, who Pence later referred to as a crackpot of attorneys that Trump was listening to at the time, could not make that argument," Collins went on.

"But also it changed the threshold for how many people have to object to lead to that moment. So, even if we were in the exact same situation as four years ago, had this law been passed, the threshold would have had to have been much higher than what it was four years ago for that to actually happen," she continued.

"Marc Short, are you able to look at Ted Cruz without thinking about January 6th?" Tapper asked.

"Sure, Jake, because honestly, I think what Ted Cruz is doing was advocating — I may not agree there was evidence of any sort of theft in that election — but it is their right to raise an objection," Short replied.

The history books will remember Ted Cruz as a coward who failed his country over and over again.

BREAKING: Biden's Defense Secretary Loyd Austin takes a powerful stand after Donald Trump's new nominee for the job says that woman shouldn't serve in combat roles.

"I have spent 41 years in uniform, three long tours in Iraq, one in Afghanistan, and everywhere I went on a battlefield, there were women in our formation," said Austin.

"I would tell you that, you know, our women are the finest troops in the world. Quite frankly, some of the finest in the world," he continued.

Donald Trump's pick for Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has decried the supposed "wokeness" in the military and attacked the idea of women serving��

"I’m straight up just saying that we should not have women in combat roles,” Hegseth said on The Shawn Ryan Show podcast. "It hasn’t made us more effective, hasn’t made us more lethal, has made fighting more complicated.”

"We’ve all served with women, and they’re great. But our institutions don’t have to incentivize that in places where, traditionally, not traditionally, over human history, men in those positions are more capable," he added.

This outlook is in perfect alignment with the misogynist MAGA worldview that propelled Trump to victory this past election.

During his interview with NBC News, Austin dismantled Hegseth's ideas without name-dropping him.

"They do impact readiness. They make us better," said Austin. "They make us stronger. And again, what I’ve seen from our women is quite incredible, and I’m not, this is not hyperbole. This is fact."

He added that he will "not speculate on what will happen in the future" but said that the military will remain diverse.

"We’re a diverse nation, and we’re going to remain a diverse nation. Our military is going to remain a diverse military," said Austin.

As someone who worked with and knew Donald Trump intimately for years, there is one phrase you'll never hear him say: "Forgive and forget"
Trump always seeks revenge (no matter how minor the infraction) and he's the type of person who will burn down a house with a flamethrower to get a fly. In my experience with the Trump, he would often discuss his deep admiration for authoritarians such as Putin. Therefore, I anticipate that Trump's next White House tenure will encompass unprecedented attacks against anyone (including American citizens). 
All US citizens (regardless of their political affiliation) must hold not only Trump but, all elected officials accountable for besmirching our fundamental rights.
I am greatly concerned for the next four years but, I am also hopeful as tyrants who reveal their hand tend to awaken the masses much faster.

BREAKING: Senator Ted Cruz gets kicked in the teeth by his state's largest newspaper as The Dallas Morning News officially endorses his Democratic opponent Representative Collin Allred.

And it gets so much better...

"On the items of crucial importance to our country, [Cruz] digs in in the most partisan mode possible, making no room for common ground," wrote the paper's editorial board.

They ripped into him for refusing to support crucial bipartisan legislation like the border bill that Trump torpedoed, the historic CHIPS and Science Act ,and the Infrastructure and Jobs Act.

Allred, on the other hand, supported all of these bills.

The newspaper also shredded Cruz for objecting to the electoral vote certification on January 6th—

"His actions were a catalyst for what became one of the worst days in our nation’s history," the paper wrote.

Meanwhile, the editorial board praised Allred because he "speaks and acts in ways that demonstrate he is willing to treat differences as things we overcome, rather than root in."

The choice is clear. Texas has a chance to elect a senator who actually cares about their needs as constituents, rather than about just climbing the MAGA ladder.

BREAKING: MAGA fans lash out in rage as McDonald’s announces that it is NOT endorsing Donald Trump despite his cheap PR stun at the fast food restaurant.

Trump appeared at a McDonald’s over the weekend, donned the uniform, and handed out food in a pathetic attempt to pretend like he cares about the working class.

In truth, Trump was born with a silver spoon and has spent his entire life exploiting workers, denying them owed pay, and lining his own corrupt pockets.

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris comes from a middle class background and actually worked at McDonald’s when she was younger. She’s the only candidate that will actually fight for working class people.

BREAKING: The former chief marketer for NBC apologizes to the American people for giving us Donald Trump by helping to sell “The Apprentice” myth to the American people.

This is humiliating for MAGA…

“I want to apologize to America. I helped create a monster,” writes John D. Miller in a piece entitled “We Created a Monster: Trump Was a TV Fantasy Invented for 'The Apprentice'” for U.S. News & World Report.

“For nearly 25 years, I led marketing at NBC and NBCUniversal,” Miller explains. “I led the team that marketed ‘The Apprentice,�� the reality show that made Donald Trump a household name outside of New York City, where he was better known for overextending his empire and appearing in celebrity gossip columns.”

He goes on to state that his team “created the narrative that Trump was a super-successful businessman who lived like royalty” which was a “substantial exaggeration” that “created a false narrative by making him seem more successful than he was.”

Miller points out that Trump had to declare bankruptcy four times before the show premiered and at least twice over the course of its 14 seasons.

“The imposing board room where he famously fired contestants was a set, because his real boardroom was too old and shabby for TV,” writers Miller.

In a section that is certain to bruise Trump’s ego, Miller states that he was the “perfect choice” for the show because “more successful CEOs were too busy to get involved in reality TV and didn’t want to hire random game show winners onto their executive teams.”

Meanwhile, Trump “had no such concerns” and “plenty of time for filming.”

“I never imagined that the picture we painted of Trump as a successful businessman would help catapult him to the White House,” writes Miller, likening all of their advertising around the show to “fake news” because it was so “highly exaggerated.”

“I discovered in my interactions with him over the years that he is manipulative, yet extraordinarily easy to manipulate,” he goes on. “He has an unfillable compliment hole. No amount is too much. Flatter him and he is compliant. World leaders, including apparently Russian strongman Vladimir Putin and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, have discovered that too.”

Miller calls Trump “remarkably thin-skinned” and describes his adversarial relationship with the show. The future president would claim that the show was number one in the ratings, even when the numbers refuted that claim.

Not surprisingly, Trump was full of bad suggestions for the show. He wanted to make “a team of Black players compete against white players.” Miller tried to convince him against it by appealing to Trump’s greed and telling him that it would alienate sponsors.

“While we were successful in marketing ‘The Apprentice,’ we also did irreparable harm by creating the false image of Trump as a successful leader. I deeply regret that,” writers Miller. “And I regret that it has taken me so long to go public.”

“Now America is facing a critical choice. Should this elderly, would-be emperor with no clothes, who is well known for stretching and abandoning the truth, be president again?” he asks.

“I spent 50 years successfully promoting television magic, making mountains out of molehills every day,” he continues. “But I say now to my fellow Americans, without any promotional exaggeration: If you believe that Trump will be better for you or better for the country, that is an illusion, much like ‘The Apprentice’ was.”

“Even if you are a born-and-bred Republican, as I was, I strongly urge you to vote for Kamala Harris. The country will be better off and so will you,” concludes Miller.
