Very interesting - and concerning... I think that it is most likely low-level replication in an immune-privileged site and transmission to a non-immune host e.g. from semen - but there are no clinical details attached to the post so it could also be late reactivation. 1/4

@sadz20312 @LarcombePeter @SueManby loads of labs have purified SARS Cov 2 from patients, and images definitely exist. If you search for "electron microscopy Sars cov 2" tons of papers come up. We don't use EM in routine diagnostics now because we have better alternatives (like pcr).
