@SouthernWater can you confirm when the inspector will arrive to assess the issue in SO18? It appears it's been over an hour with no water in a heatwave and no timescales given on the fix. If it will be hours before they arrive this will help people to source other supplies.
@premierinn Excel London: We had appalling service in the restaurant for two nights in a row, topped off by being shouted out by your restaurant staff.
We only returned on the second night because we had already paid for the meal deal. On the first night, it took 25 minutes

On the second evening after 10 minutes of no staff seating people waiting to get in I had to ask reception to get someone.
