We are struggling after the declared disaster in Northern California this past winter. We have upwards of $125000 in recovery costs to get our house back to full use. Half the house is stripped to the studs due to water damage and ensuing mold.

@LethalityJane I’ve enjoyed your posts. File for VA before leaving service. Fight for a permanent disability rating, otherwise in the future a beancounter may decide you’re fine and you lose the mil disability retirement. Talk with a service agency (VFW, DAV, AMERICAN LEGION, your state, etc).
