@tomhabbers 8 years ago this month, Kieron was the team mascot for the Osprey's against Southern Kings. I still remember him telling you he can run fast and it's a memory I'll never forget. You were amazing with him and understanding he was autistic #Ospreys#FantasticMemory
@mjarlidge I've just downloaded Forget me Not on my kindle, after binge reading the previous two books. Are there any more Helen Grace books to follow? I'm gripped and have read the whole collection after this one #HelenGrace
Starting a new school year is exciting - new friends, new classes and new stationary! But, we know sometimes change can make us feel a little unstable, and we may lean on unhealthy coping mechanisms. If these are affecting your eating behaviours, contact our Helpline 🧡

I feel I can share this as my daughter is not on here so I can convey how I feel. She's been diagnosed with an eating disorder and the impact it's had on us has been tremendous. The constant watching and worrying is so tough. This charity has been such a support #BeatED
It's #CarersWeek!
Carers play an integral role in stopping eating disorders in their tracks. We can’t thank you enough for what you do on the daily. Head to POD, our e-learning platform for parents & carers, if you're caring for someone & need support👇

20 years as a type 1 diabetic today 💉 From being misdiagnosis due to my age, to using insulin pens, libre and finally an insulin pump. I'm thankful for diabetic technology in enabling me to help live a normal life #Type1Diabetic#Technology
Enjoying gym sessions with Hannah ❤️ The affect it's had on her mental health, both physically and mentally has been amazing and I'm so proud of her. This, along with CAMHS support (albeit a long wait) is what she needed #Assault#ChildMentalHealth#Support#NuffieldCwmbran
@DiabeticDadUK I'm using 780g along with guardian 4 sensor. My only gripe is the sensor failing before the 7 days. In a month, I'll get at least 2/3 failures. Other than that, I love it
Urging people to be positive doesn’t boost their resilience. It denies their reality.
When times are tough, we don’t need good vibes only. We need a hand to keep us steady through all the vibrations.
Strength doesn’t come from forced smiles. It comes from feeling supported.

@AneurinBevanUHB my daughter was promptly seen in children's a&e today and had the best HCA looking after her and even had a visit from one of the therapy dogs, which she loved. Now home resting up 😊
@DiabeticDadUK I've looked into insurance before but was told I couldn't have full cover as a diabetic 😥 They've tried to call but I've been at work all day on the assessment unit
