@TheRangeUK Hi I’ve been waiting for a refund for an order, the refund was confirmed via email on 30/11/21.
I was advised it would take 3-5 working days
It’s now 12 working days & my refund still hasn’t been received!
I’ve tried contacting CS via email but with no success 😡

@LookfantasticCS returned an item via your designated carrier InPost, you’ve advised they’ve lost the parcel now I can’t get anyone from customer service to reply about my refund! The item returned was £102!! Absolutely shocking service!!
