I’ve been waiting for my @deliveroo order for almost 2 hours and I’m starving. The person on online chat has just told my my driver can barely speak English so they can’t determine what is taking so long and honestly I’m just so hungry right now. Why is the service this bad?

@DeliverooHelp Hi @Deliveroo I’m not going to do this. It’s too late as the order has been cancelled. I’m not impressed with this service and have no faith that you are able to consistently deliver the expected service going forward
