@Nanclyy It’s def perk/map dependent. I 4 outed a judgement earlier but we were on corn map. They were running pop and surge for some reason and no aura.

Reiterating something people have called me a liar for since last year.

After hosting DBD events and playing the game for years, Trixie Mattel had a planned Legendary cosmetic for Kate Denson. It did not get past concept stage.

She was originally in talks in 2023 for a 2024 Pride release, but it was held off due to a personal career break she took. During this time, she still spoke highly of the game.
BHVR approached her team again in 2024, for a 2025 Pride release, but the negotiations with her manager took a sudden turn after an alleged ignorant comment was made and they, rightfully, backed out. After this, she didn't speak about DBD for a while.
Since late 2025, she's spoken positively about DBD. Whether she's open to a collaboration again is unknown.
I say rightfully, even without knowing the comment, as that's her right as a minority to determine what is or isn't disrespectful towards her.

NO, I do not know what ignorant comment was made.
YES, I do know who allegedly said such comment.
NO, I will NOT say who said it.
YES, she would've voiced the Legendary.
NO, I do not know if it'll be reconsidered.

BHVR is currently toying with two ideas on how to approach Maps in the future, specifically regarding the Graphical Rework, but also post-rework implementation.

When the Graphical Rework is first put out:
1. Only releasing select few Maps that have been fully Reworked, both visually and balance-wise. The others would be entirely removed from the game until fully Reworked and slowly added back in as they're done.

Then, after all Maps have been worked and/or while work progresses on removed ones:
2. Putting select Maps out in a 6 month rotation, and the others would be totally inaccessible in live matches. Removed, not reworked ones, would be inaccessible as a whole.

This would mean 12 Maps at a time (not specifically Realms) would be rotated in live matches for 6 months until they're retired for another 6 months while others become playable. The number of months they're wanting to do either 3 or 6 months, but leaning towards 6. (The number of Maps is an example, not their intended one.)

Their intention with this is for the game to always feel fresh, especially with *certain* big changes coming to the game that WILL make these 12 Maps (for example) feel varied and different every time you load in anyways. It also is intended to give Maps their time to shine and offer switch-ups every so often.

As always, this is in early implementation and can change or differ from final product.
