@British_Airways upsetting my entire family! Triggering anxiety attacks! All the while stealing my luggage! And then the office staff all say call customer services! Who don’t pick up! Or put you on hold and hang up! Bring back my luggage!
@British_Airways so I’ve also learned that you took me off a family booking and didn’t give me a separate booking ref! Eventhough I paid and booked the entire holiday! This is fraud! On top of stealing my luggage!

@British_Airways I was meant to fly out yesterday but because of the long queues at Gatwick @British_Airways rebooked us to get flights today at Heathrow! And I still didn’t travel because of @British_Airways ! But they checked my luggage and sent it to JFK from the UK!

@curryspcworld can you sort this out and give me a refund! I’ve called your customer services from 09:35 until 15minutes ago!! And the customer service agents where rude! Terminated the call when I asked to speak to a manager! The faulty laptop was delivered on 7.12.2020
