@British_Airways where can i file a complaint against Mr. Neto from terminal 5? He was extremely condescending and unprofessional. Had the audacity to insinuate my luggage wasn’t at the airport. It was as well has hundreds of delayed bags at Heathrow
@heatherheathest@British_Airways Terminal 5!!! Hundreds of bags just waiting. Apparently they’re now moving some underground for storage. Perhaps my picture has caused then some embarrassment.
@Urbtransplanner@heatherheathest@British_Airways It’s not organized at all! I had to dig in piles with the security guard. They say it’s better to find a color bagged as opposed to a black bag so hopefully yours is distinctive in some manner. Just make sure to call the service number first to confirm you can pick the bag up
@TishaNB24 @fly2ohare@united Change your pick up arrangement to Heathrow. They will let you in near baggage enquirers but you have to go through a security screening. You can’t miss it because there’s a pile of bags waiting for their owners
Terminal 5 @British_Airways this company is not concerned with returning delayed baggage to customers. I had to take a train to London after a 6 day delay. Mr Neto who works for the company said they are not returning bags immediately
I’m omw to Heathrow to pick me luggage up after 6 day delay? Anyone else need me to pick up and deliver?? @British_Airways is a joke with horrible customer service.
